having just send two coaches on a london course one ex boxer fails reasons
1 coaching team not up to scratch
2 politics
3 club are over run with volonteers to become coaches
we have full coahes and pro coaches who can teach our man so it should be a ongoing teaching process not 2 w/end crammed full of old idears
