Can any one tell me I it’s possible to download the necessary forms to get the boxers at our club through there medicals in time for this season please? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
There has been a problem with getting things done at the club, reasons I won’t bore you with, but we are desperately trying to get things done on time for this season, but feel it may be too late.

If, as im told that the old medical forms are good until Jan 07 then i can email you a copy of it. There are two files. Front and back so you will have to run it through your printer twice.

thanks for the offer nick, but its been sorted out now, the secretary at our club as spoke to our man here in yorkshire and the ME1 forms are on there way.
